Meet the Team: Nurse Practitioner Brooke Chianella, FNP-C

At Signe Spine & Rehab in Mount Pleasant, SC, we believe that every provider brings unique experience, personality, and dedication to our patients. We’re excited to introduce Brooke Chianella, FNP-C, who joined our team in July 2024 as a Family Nurse Practitioner specializing in spine and joint care.

Education and Professional Training

Brooke’s journey to advanced practice nursing reflects both academic excellence and a passion for patient-centered care. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC)—a nationally recognized leader in healthcare education. Building on this foundation, she completed her Family Nurse Practitioner training at Georgetown University, where she refined her expertise in delivering comprehensive, holistic care for patients of all ages.

A Charleston Nurse Practitioner with Southern Roots

Originally from Tennessee, Brooke has called Charleston, SC home since 2011. Her Lowcountry roots and appreciation for community connection shine through in her approach to medicine. Patients appreciate her ability to combine clinical expertise with genuine compassion, helping them feel supported throughout their treatment journey.

A Holistic Approach to Health and Wellness

Beyond clinical care, Brooke emphasizes preventive health strategies, lifestyle balance, and holistic wellness. She is passionate about helping patients not only manage pain but also achieve long-term health goals. As a devoted wife and mother of two, Brooke understands the importance of family, balance, and supporting patients through life’s challenges.

Outside of work, she stays active as an avid runner and enjoys spending time with her family in the Charleston community.

Brooke’s Role at Signe Spine & Rehab

At Signe Spine & Rehab, Brooke partners closely with Dr. Daniel Nemeth, MD, to provide integrated spine care and pain management. From the first appointment through follow-up visits, Brooke ensures patients experience continuity of care, personalized treatment plans, and a collaborative approach.

As part of our interventional spine care team in Mount Pleasant, Brooke helps patients navigate options for back pain, neck pain, joint pain, and other musculoskeletal conditions. Her patient-centered perspective aligns perfectly with our mission to restore mobility, reduce pain, and improve quality of life.
