That’s why we’ve streamlined our process to make it as easy and transparent as possible for both new and returning patients. Here's everything you need to know about how referrals work at our clinic and what to expect as you take the next steps toward recovery.

No Referral? No Problem.

You do not need a referral to be seen at our clinic—unless your personal insurance provider specifically requires one. This means you can call and schedule directly with us without jumping through hoops. You are also free to submit an appointment request on our website and our team is more than happy to reach out to you directly for scheduling! For patients whose insurance does require a referral, we’re happy to work with your primary care provider  and insurance to ensure we get what’s needed for your visit.

If a Referral Is Sent to Us...

Our goal is to get you in quickly so you can start feeling better sooner. If your provider sends a referral to Signe Spine & Rehab, here’s what you can expect:

• Our team will reach out to you within 24–48 hours to begin the scheduling process.
• We’ll answer any questions you may have about your upcoming visit, insurance, or what to bring with you.

Reviewing and Accessing Imaging

We understand how important accurate diagnosis is to proper treatment. That’s why we:

• Have access to local imaging facilities and can review imaging completed, preferably within the last 12 months.
• We offer in-office X-ray imaging when needed to better evaluate your condition.

Our team reviews all imaging with you as part of your comprehensive evaluation.
