About Mr. Zach Jacobelli, PA-C

Zach joined Signe Spine & Rehab as Physician Assistant to Dr. Nemeth in May 2025. A native of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Zach was born and raised in the Steel City before pursuing his education at Gannon University in Erie, PA, where he earned his Master of Physician Assistant Studies in 2021. He is board-certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants, ensuring the highest level of professional standards in his practice. Following graduation, Zach returned to his hometown and spent the past three years working in Neurological Surgery in Pittsburgh, where he focused heavily on the treatment of pain and spine conditions. While Zach’s professional path has been shaped by medicine, he also enjoys a well-rounded life outside of the office. In his free time, he can be found fishing, snowboarding, boating, and golfing. He’s also an avid sports fan and has a lifelong love of cars.

Above all, Zach is committed to providing the best possible care to every patient he meets. He values building trust through open communication, careful listening, and a patient-centered approach to treatment. His arrival strengthens our mission at Signe Spine & Rehab: to deliver exceptional, specialized care for spine and joint pain in a welcoming environment.
