The atmosphere is very welcoming. Goals are set & the coarse of treatment explained. The therapist works very closely with you the entire time. No time is wasted. I am grateful to have been referred to Signespine.

My complaint shows only during exertion. This diagnostic did not seem to reveal the actual source... maybe its mostly refered?

Dr. Nemeth scheduled EMG/NCS within 24 hours at my primary care doctor’s request. I was VERY concerned about foot drop that started 2 weeks ago, but Dr. Nemeth’s expertise put me at ease immediately. His calm demeanor and thorough explanation during the procedure helped me understand my issue, and develop a plan for healing. So grateful!!!

Dr. Nemeth is excellent — an expert in his field. I am also a medical doctor and our specialties overlap quite a bit, yet I am impressed each time I see him.
He is helping me with a chronic problem I’ve had for over 10 years, and I can tell that he sincerely cares that I get better. I would not hesitate to refer anyone to him — you will not find a better physician.
