At Signe Spine & Rehab in Mount Pleasant, SC, we are proud to welcome the newest member of our provider team, Physician Assistant Zach Jacobelli, PA-C. Zach brings extensive experience in spine and pain care, a commitment to patient-centered treatment, and a passion for helping people return to the activities they enjoy most.

Education and Professional Background

A native of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Zach earned his Master of Physician Assistant Studies from Gannon University in 2021. He is board-certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA), ensuring he delivers the highest standard of patient care.

After graduation, Zach returned to Pittsburgh, where he spent three years in Neurological Surgery. During this time, he gained valuable experience in both the clinical and surgical management of spine disorders, focusing on patients with chronic pain, back pain, and other spinal conditions. This strong foundation prepared him to join the team at Signe Spine & Rehab, where he now provides expert care for patients in Charleston and Mount Pleasant.

When he’s not in the office, Zach enjoys an active lifestyle that includes fishing, snowboarding, boating, and golfing. He’s also an avid sports fan and car enthusiast. Patients often find it easy to connect with him, both in and out of the exam room.
