Dr. Nemeth's practice worked for me on several levels. First, I'm in town for work, I've never visited this part of the country, and I've never seen a doctor about the pain which had begun to interfere with my ability to do my job. So, the website and marketing language it conveys was the only thing I had to choose from a list of providers. Needless to say, it worked and was the reason I chose Dr. Nemeth.
Upon arrival, it was immediately obvious I had chosen well. The staff exhibited what I consider a near perfect mixture of professionalism and personality.
They took some X-rays, which Zach from Dr. Nemeth's office went over with me thoroughly, explaining what everything was, and how he thought they would treat me.
Then came the big day for me to get a big shot. Dr. Nemeth set my expectations like the expert he is...accurately. The whole procedure, from arrival to walking out the door, took less than an hour.
Because Dr. Nemeth told me exactly what to expect, I was absolutely thrilled, but not surprised to immediately discover I was able to walk with zero pain for the first time in as long as I can remember.
Unfortunately the Lidocaine (I think) wore off around 3 hours later, but since then my hip has hurt a little less every day, and I'm confident this trend will continue.
I think if you've lower back or arthritic joint problems, you're torturing yourself unnecessarily by delaying a visit to Dr. Nemeth. He's a straight shooter who will do his best for you, which as I can attest is pretty darn great.

Another very positive appointment with TEAM NEMETH. The more I work with Dr NEMETH and his staff the more impressed I am. We're working our way into isolating the cause of debilitating back pain that has limited my quality of life for well over 30 years.

The staff at Signe Spine is top notch as well as Dr. Nemeth. His kind and gentle disposition makes you immediately at ease when getting the injection and I trust him completely . Brooke Chianella, FNP-C, is who I see for follow up appts. and is very thorough with a genuine concern for you.
I can't say enough of good things about my experience here. If you are in need of pain relief, you should give Dr. Nemeth a try. You want be disappointed.
